photoblog image Vietnamese "rubber tub" boy
Continuing the theme of eking out an existence on water (Cambodia rather than Nigeria)...Just outside the Vietnamese floating village at the edge of Tonlé Sap near Siem Reap.  This boy suddenly appeared from nowhere, I guess, to beg for money.  He however ended up having a giggling fit instead and couldn't bring himself to continue his quest... not sure why I amused him so...hey ho.

Marvelous photojournalism. The child's expression reminds me that you can have fun doing other things outside of photography wink
Barbara: Thanks!

It is a wonderful part of the world isn't it? I was there about 7 years ago and unfortunately didn't have a proper camera then. A great image and nicely presented
Barbara: Thanks - yes, it was lovely and great photo opps. Reminds me, I went to Northern Mozambique a few years back WITHOUT a camera and still kicking myself..
